Business Analyst

Role & responsibilities

• Collate, analyze data and trends on critical performance indicators for the business.
• Develop and finalize management report templates with the CTOs team.
• Extract data using various tools, systems, and reports.
• Communicate report requirements and ensure adherence from stakeholders.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of reports in the required formats.
• Prepare management reports with graphs, KPIs/SLA tables, and performance insights.
• Identify trends, deviations, and areas of improvement.
• Support team in generating more relevant reports.
• Custodian of CXO initiatives and support in review meetings & business presentations.
• Focus on special initiatives and projects.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate with MBA/Engineering, 5-10 years of experience (preferably in logistics/transport).
• Strong communication and coordination skills with stakeholders.
• Ability to meet delivery timelines and prioritize tasks.
• Strong analytical, logical thinking, and data analysis skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Excel, Power BI, Tableau, etc.
• Experience with large data sets and teams across geographies.
• Positive attitude, attention to detail, and strong presentation/reporting skills.
