Job Description:
We are seeking a Business Analyst with fair experience in the Insurance and Banking domain. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of Insurance product integration on the functional side, coupled with a robust knowledge of API integration and partner site integration.


Responsibilities:
1. Requirement Analysis: Analyse and understand business requirements in the Insurance domain, particularly focusing Health, Life insurance.
2. Functional Expertise: Demonstrate expertise in translating business requirements into functional specifications and ensuring alignment with insurance business objectives.
3. API Integration knowledge: Possess capabilities in API integration, with the ability to seamlessly integrate various applications and platforms to optimize processes.
4. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including developers, stakeholders, and IT teams to ensure successful implementation of investment solutions.
5. Documentation: Prepare comprehensive documentation including business requirements, functional specifications, API documentation, and integration guidelines.
6. Testing and Quality Assurance: Coordinate and conduct testing activities to validate the functionality and performance of investment systems and API integrations.
7. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges in insurance processes and propose mitigation strategies to ensure smooth operations.
8. Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for process optimization and improvement within the insurance domain, leveraging technological advancements and industry best practices.


Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or related field.
2. 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance and banking domain.
3. Proficiency in API integration techniques and tools, experience in implementing API solutions in complex environments.
4. Familiarity with IRDA regulatory compliance requirements.
5. Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
