• Requirement: New Resource requirement Managerial position for Managing AV / VC Infrastructure / Projects & Support Senior Management Meetings/Events.
• Position/Designation: AV Infrastructure Manager (Operation & Projects)
• Experience: 7-12 Years
• Qualification: BE / BTech in IT / CS, BCA, Diploma / Degree in Electronics or Telecommunication.
• Language:
• Primary Language: English
• Local language: Kannada or Tamil
• Other Language: Hindi
• Key Responsibilities:
• Manage & Support Senior Management Meeting & Events
• End user Management
• Manage AV Operations & Maintenance
• VC & Tele Presence system Management
• Manage AV Project Deployment
• Team Management
• Vendor Management
• Cross Function Management
• Background:
• Desired Candidate should be from Audio- Video System Integration field with Minimum 10-12 Years of experience
• Desired Candidate should have experience on supporting Senior Management meetings & events with minimum 3-5 Years of experience.
• Audio Video expertise:
• Should have Core knowledge & understating pf AV Products Like (Crestron/AMX/Extron/Kramer/QSC/ SAMSUNG/LG/BIAMP/SHURE/ Sennheiser / Displays/ Projection Screen / Lighting control system etc….)
• System Functionality, Connectivity
• Knowledge on Design AV system
• Excellent in Troubleshooting,
• Good at Route Cause Analysis
• Highlight the Risk & Risk mitigation.
• Manage Tickets
• Manage SLA with Vendors
• AV Infra Asset management
• Knowledge on Programming skills like – (Crestron / Extron / QSC / Kramer / Biamp & other AV products ….) will be an added advantage
• UC Platform knowledge:
• Should have knowledge on Zoom & Teams meeting management
• Should have knowledge on Managing the Audio Conference Calls
• Should have knowledge on Mobile devices like iPhone, I-Pad, MAC Book etc.
• Should have knowledge on Digital Signage Platform
• Should have knowledge on Room Scheduler
• Other added Knowledge:
• Basic knowledge on Computer
• Basic Knowledge & understating on Network
• Certification: will be added advantage
• AV certifications like CTS Certified
• ITIL
• Project Management PMP, PRINCE 2 etc.

Candidate will be deputed at Koramangala Sales Office & primarily looking into Koramangala Office AV Infrastructure & Senior Management Support. Apart from that, Candidate will look after other TVS Motor office like (Hosur Plant, Electronic City office, IQL & Other part of India) as per requirement.

• Travel: Role involves TRAVEL as per requirement.
