Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Manager to oversee and maintain IT
infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability. The ideal candidate will
lead infrastructure operations, manage a team of IT professionals, and collaborate with
stakeholders to support business objectives effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
ï‚• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including
servers, networks, storage, cloud services, and security systems.
ï‚• Manage on-premise and cloud-based infrastructure solutions, ensuring high availability,
security, and performance.
ï‚• Lead a team of IT professionals, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support.
ï‚• Ensure business continuity and disaster recovery planning and execution.
ï‚• Monitor system performance, conduct capacity planning, and optimize infrastructure
resources.
ï‚• Implement and maintain IT security policies, compliance frameworks, and best
practices.
ï‚• Work closely with vendors, procurement teams, and service providers to ensure smooth
operations.
ï‚• Manage IT budgets, cost optimization, and procurement strategies.
ï‚• Stay updated with emerging technologies, providing recommendations for infrastructure
improvements.
Key Skills & Requirements:
ï‚• Strong experience in Windows/Linux servers, networking, firewalls, virtualization
(VMware, Hyper-V), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
ï‚• Proficiency in network security, backup solutions, and disaster recovery planning.
ï‚• Hands-on experience with ITSM tools, monitoring solutions, and automation tools.
ï‚• Expertise in data center management, storage solutions (SAN/NAS), and high-
availability environments.
ï‚• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
ï‚• Experience in IT governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks (ISO
27001, ITIL, GDPR, etc.).
ï‚• Knowledge of DevOps, scripting, and automation is a plus.

Educational Qualifications:
ï‚•
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a
related field.
ï‚• Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, AWS/Azure Certified, CCNP, VMware Certified
Professional) are preferred.
