Job Title: Senior AV Programmer

Location: Bangalore

The Senior AV Programmer is responsible for the design, development, and implementation of control system code for complex audio-visual systems. This includes creating user interfaces, configuring hardware, and troubleshooting system issues. The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of AV technologies, programming languages, and industry best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement control system code for AV systems using platforms such as Crestron, QSC, AMX, Extron, and/or other relevant platforms.
• Design and create user-friendly control interfaces using touch panels, tablets, and other
  control devices.
• Configure and program AV hardware, including DSPs, switchers, scalers, Network device and
  other devices.
• Collaborate with AV engineers and project managers to understand project requirements
  and develop appropriate programming solutions.
• Perform system testing and commissioning to ensure proper functionality and adherence to
  design specifications.
• Provide on-site support and troubleshooting for AV systems as needed.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation for all programmed systems.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest AV technologies and programming techniques.
• Mentor and train junior programmers as needed.
• Contribute to the development of internal programming standards and best practices.
• Participate in client meetings to discuss programming requirements and provide technical
  expertise.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Electronics Engineering, Computer Science) or
  equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in AV programming.
• Extensive knowledge of Crestron, QSC, AMX, Extron, or other relevant control platforms,
  Audio and Network devices.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as [e.g., Simpl+, SCL, Python, JavaScript].
• Deep understanding of AV technologies, including audio, video, control, and networking

• Experience with various AV hardware components, including DSPs, switchers, scalers, and
displays.

• Ability to read and interpret AV system schematics and diagrams.

• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Certifications from Crestron, QSC, AMX,
Extron, Dante, Shure, Biamp, BSS, Harman, Xilica, and other relevant organizations
