Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from students, parents, and educational institutions to provide career counseling on various courses offered by our organization.
  
• Conduct telephonic conversations with clients to understand their requirements and preferences for education programs.
  
• Provide accurate information about course offerings, eligibility criteria, and application procedures to potential students.
  
• Maintain a professional demeanor during all interactions with clients to ensure excellent customer service standards.
  
• Identify opportunities to upsell relevant services or products related to education counseling.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-1 year of experience in calling, telemarketing, telesales, counseling (career counseling), education counseling, student counseling, admissions/admission counseling.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
  
• Strong listening skills with attention to detail and accuracy when providing information over the phone.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting daily targets.
