Calibration Engineer

1. Scheduling to get the test equipment to be calibrated from approved third party calibration labs from approved vendors listed as per annual calibration programme/schedule.   

2. Overall arrangement of equipment logistics, handling pre & post calibration activities

3. Preparing necessary calibration records/files/Calibration programme details as per QMS/standards applicable  

4  Asset Management & Equipment tagging activities

5. Maintaining calibration files / records as applicable and get it reviewed or authorized within timelines

6. Periodical checking/review of lab environmental records & conditions like temperature, humidity, Pressure etc.… 

7.Lab equipment/instruments maintenance & records

8.Replicate, retesting, uncertenity, power characteristic testing & records maintence as applicable

9.Participation of ILC, PT or calibration report review or any quality related tasks as assigned

10 Completion of all assigned technical/quality training for skills matrix update

11 Facing audits and performing activities during NABL/CBTL/BIS/TEC audits as applicable

12 Preparing lab audit records and maintaining files as per notified body requirements like CBTL/NABL requirements

13 Having at least 2 years of experience in any safety testing/calibration activity
