Certified Energy Auditor

Job Description:

TUV SUD South Asia is seeking a Certified Energy Auditor with BEE Certification to join our team in Chennai. This is a mandatory requirement for the role. As a Certified Energy Auditor, you will be responsible for performing site energy audits, conducting energy surveys, and providing clients with cost-saving energy efficiency recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct site energy audits in coordination with the site teams, performing field studies to collect comprehensive energy data.
• Utilize specialized tools and equipment to conduct energy audits and perform energy efficiency assessments.
• Collect, analyze, and maintain energy monitoring data to generate accurate reports.
• Prepare detailed audit reports with energy analysis results, actionable cost-saving recommendations, and practical solutions for energy optimization.
• Present audit findings and recommendations to clients with clear and effective communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with PAT-related activities will be an added advantage.
• Ability to travel across India and abroad to gather operating parameters from plants and factories.
• Efficiently manage and execute multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery of results and maintaining quality.
• Work independently with minimal supervision, ensuring completion of assignments on time.

Mandatory Skills & Expertise:

• Certified Energy Auditor with BEE Certification (Bureau of Energy Efficiency) mandatory requirement.
• Strong knowledge of Energy Conservation, Energy Management, and Energy Efficiency.
• Proficient in energy audit tools and energy management systems.
• Experience in PAT (Perform, Achieve and Trade)-related activities (preferable).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Education/Qualifications:

• Graduation/Post Graduation in Electrical, Mechanical, or Energy Engineering from a reputed university.
• Certified Energy Auditor with BEE Certification (Bureau of Energy Efficiency) is mandatory.

Experience:

• 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in energy audits, energy management, and energy conservation.
