Senior. Microbiologist - Food Testing Laboratory

Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for complete Microbiology testing of food as per IS/ISO/BAM method.

Should be familiar with testing of products mentioned in FSSR such as Milk and Products, Nutraceutical products, Alcoholic beverages, Fruits and Vegetable Products.

Preferred candidate profile

Able to lead a team of 8-10 analysts. Should be familiar with regulatory requirements of FSSAI, Label Claim Proximate & Nutritional Analysis. Should have experience in implementation of QMS as per: ISO-17025:2017.
