Team Leader (FSSAI Approved Food Analyst) - Food Testing Laboratory

Role & responsibilities

• Preparation of FSSAI samples allotment for test parameters analysis as per the Food Safety and Standards Regulations.
• Verification of analytical data and authorization of FSSAI Samples Reports [Form VII A Report of the Food Analyst & FORM – 2” REPORT OF LABORATORY ANALYSIS].
• Implementation of quality control procedures as per ISO 17025.
• Review of reports, Authorization of results, Statement of Conformity or opinion & interpretation of results.
• Responsible for FSSAI Samples registration and INFoLNET number generation on INFoLNET portal.
• Responsible to implement test methods/process/audit as per regulatory guidelines (NABL, EIC, APEDA, FSSAI) in section.
• Ensure validation data & calibration of all instruments, chemical, consumable, Glassware etc.
• Proactive Support to entire proximate section and resolve technical queries.
• Responsible to maintain Quality Management System in Section.
• To face regulatory and customer audits in the lab.
