Role & responsibilities
1.Responsible for deliverables as per Annual Bus. Plan-Conf minutes & Customer business growth plans-minutes. Accountable for
a. To increase contacts in SLMS Software
b. To increase Nos. of Sales call & value
c. Planning & execution of Marketing lead generating events like Sales exhibitions and Seminars
d. Regular Sales which are below 5Lakh value
e. CRM team members induction and transition to On field sales team
f. Provide secretarial assistance to MD.
2. Responsible for mentoring and monitoring junior BDEs, conducting training sessions, leading lead generation activities, planning and executing events, overseeing the sample room, ensuring pricing policy adherence, monitoring the CSS-SPAN process, collecting and analysing feedback, coordinating with field sales, managing CRM personnel, and efficiently routing inquiries for further follow-up.
3. Manages front office inquiries and toll-free information lines, ensures prompt response and resolution of customer queries addressed via info mail and helpline calls.
4. Initiates contact, qualifies leads as per segments and moving them from P to A in SPANCO, categorizes customer demands, manages interactions, supports community building, organizes events such as Exhibition and Seminar , and negotiates corporate rates for boarding and transportation services nationwide.
5. Managing logistics for campaigns, including venue bookings and resource allocation.
6. Hosting teams and coordinating with external partners for successful events.( Such as Chamber of Commerce, Trade Associations)
7. Responsible for logging and resolving complaints, obtaining feedback, monitoring satisfaction levels, gathering market intelligence, organizing events, and supporting awareness campaigns.
8. Responsible for organizing team to support for Venus events like exhibition, seminars etc
Responsible for taking customer feedback before closing customer complaint
Responsible for conducting customer surveys for CSAT score
