Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the business & team in the India & South Asia region, taking ownership of profit and loss (P&L) responsibilities.
• Technical Head of the Service portfolio responsible for managing the service offer and delivery from technical, commercial, accreditation and risk perspectives.
• Define and communicate the scope and objectives of the product/ service, aligning them with organizational goals, especially highest integrity.
• Set up the organization, processes and controls for managing the service- acquisition, delivery, quality and compliance.
• Preparation of budget based on TUV India guidelines and growth plan as well as the market conditions, under guidance of the Cluster Head.
• Devise sales strategy for all services in order to meet growth targets.
• Take responsibility for new business development within the scope of TUV India's product certification services.
• Take the lead in further driving product certification growth under guidance of the Head - Business Development.
• Coordinate with Inspection Profit Centre Heads and Heads of other vertical for cross-selling, systemic learnings.
• Guide, mentor, drive and actively support the Sales Team to achieve monthly and annual KPIs and targets.
• Lead by example in handling customers and become the go to person for the clients for getting things done while managing client expectations.
• Build and manage a team of engineers, assigning them to projects based on their competency and job requirements and provide technical guidance / monitoring at key stages throughout project execution.
• Optimize the utilization of project engineers for efficient project delivery.
• Maintain a competency matrix for engineers, tracking their skills and expertise.
