We are presently looking for Sr. Executive / Asst Manager Business Development for our Training Vertical at Noida location

Experience : Minimum 7-8 Years

Job Responsibilities are mentioned below :-

1. Concept Selling:

• Effectively promote training programs through strategic concept selling.
• Establish partnerships with corporate and government organizations to secure engineering and manufacturing training business.

2. Client Acquisition:

• Identify and acquire new clients across Pan-India, ensuring the growth of the business portfolio.

3. Business Target Achievement:

• Drive revenue growth by achieving predefined business targets.
• Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and satisfaction.

4. Payment Collection:

• Manage and oversee timely collection of payments from clients, ensuring financial compliance and operational efficiency.

ATTRIBUTES :-

Good Communication Skills: Ability to articulate ideas and engage effectively with diverse clients.

PR and Networking Skills: Strong corporate network preferred for lead generation and business growth.

Willingness to Travel: Open to frequent travel to meet clients and explore opportunities
