Cathlab Sales Any Graduate, with 3-6 years of Cathlab Stents Ballooning Pacemaker -Angiography - Angioplasty. Should have good contacts with Cardiologist.

Job Summary: The role involves building strong relationships with hospitals, cardiologists, and healthcare providers, promoting the companys products, and achieving sales targets. The Assistant Manager will also collaborate with marketing, product, and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Execution:
Develop and execute a sales strategy to promote and sell cathlab equipment and related products in the assigned region.
Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, targeting key hospitals, cardiology centers, and healthcare providers.
Achieve or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to medical professionals, including cardiologists, hospital administrators, and purchasing managers.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including doctors, nurses, hospital management, and procurement teams.
Understand customer needs and provide customized solutions to meet those needs.
Serve as the point of contact for all customer inquiries related to cathlab equipment and support services.
Market Analysis & Reporting:
Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for sales growth.
Provide regular reports on sales activities, customer interactions, competitor analysis, and market trends to senior management.
Participate in market research and contribute to the development of sales strategies.
Product Knowledge & Training:
Maintain a deep understanding of the companys cathlab products and their applications in clinical settings.
Provide product training and demonstrations to customers, ensuring they are fully informed about the benefits and functionalities of the equipment.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in cathlab technology.
