Assistant Manager - Sales / Business Development- Renewable energy

Job Description:

The Sr. Engineer / Assistant Manager Sales / BD will be responsible for generating sales and managing customer relationships within the renewable energy sector, specifically in the inspection services field. You will play a key role in business development, achieving sales targets, and expanding service offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate inquiries and drive sales for renewable industry-related inspection services.
• Manage monthly and quarterly sales targets to ensure business growth.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships for retention and satisfaction.
• Develop and execute sales strategies in collaboration with the Business Development Manager (BDM).
• Lead the sales cycle from generating leads to closing deals and arranging deliveries.
• Stay updated on industry trends and supplier quality inspections for power substations, solar, and renewable energy projects.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Engineering / Technology (preferably in Electrical, Mechanical, or Renewable Energy).
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Supplier Quality Inspections or Sales in the renewable energy sector.

• Strong sales and business development experience in the renewable energy sector.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage customer relationships and meet sales targets.
• Knowledge of solar, wind, and renewable energy industries and inspection services.
