Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Offshore Level 1/1.5 Support Engineer to assist in troubleshooting and maintaining Workday integrations, SAP systems, and related applications. The role involves log analysis, integration support, and basic coding review, ensuring smooth operations and resolving issues promptly. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

SAP Support:

• Address issues related to Point of Sale (POS) DTA processes.
• Support EDI data accuracy by identifying and correcting data discrepancies.
• Utilize ERP experience to troubleshoot order-to-cash, sales and distribution, and materials management workflows.
• Leverage HANA Studio for advanced data analysis and system performance monitoring (preferred).

General Support:

• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent issue resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address escalated problems and deliver timely solutions.
• Document incidents, resolutions, and procedures for future reference.
• Good communication skills to interact with IT, Business and Vendor teams

Qualifications and Skills:

• SAP Knowledge:
• Strong understanding of SAP modules like order-to-cash, sales and distribution, and materials management.
• Familiarity with POS DTA processes and EDI data corrections.
• Experience with SAP HANA Studio (preferred).
• Technical Skills:
• Ability to analyze logs and monitor job workflows for quick issue identification.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality support.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with stakeholders across time zones.
• Proactive attitude with a focus on continuous learning and improvement.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a Level 1/1.5 support role.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and ITIL frameworks.
