Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code that powers the organizations VR training platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features that enhance user engagement and retention
- Identify and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and bugs, ensuring the highest level of responsiveness and stability
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability while ensuring data security and protection
- Stay current with relevant technologies and proactively suggest architecture changes and new coding practices
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor s/Master s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a full-stack developer
- Demonstrated expertise in Python and React with a strong grasp of Google Cloud Platform services
- Proficiency in developing responsive and intuitive user interfaces, as well as back-end services
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL, JavaScript and an interest or background in Machine Learning is highly advantageous
- A proactive generalist who can navigate complex project scopes and drive technical decision-making
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a fast-paced team setting and contribute to a culture of innovation
- Fluent English communication skills
