Front-end Developer

• Own the front-end of all the product domains
• Own projects from inception to completion with quality safeguards and no unnecessary overhead
• Develop a deep understanding of products, customers, goals, organization, and schedule
• Identify opportunities to deliver more value in less time at a very high-quality bar
• Generate and document solutions based on project requirements and company standards
• Implement tools and standards that help the team accelerate safely
• Meet the quality standards in assigned work while providing detailed design and code reviews for coworkers
• Develop, train, and educate junior engineers
• Provide detailed planning and scoping estimates for yourself and junior engineers
• Clearly and efficiently communicate requirements
• Write/review specs, code, and tests

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor s/Master s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
• At least 5+ years of relevant experience as a front-end developer
• Prolific working knowledge and experience with React/Redux
• Familiarity with Java Spring Boot and relevant APIs is nice to have
• Prior experience building elegant and effective UI layers
• Strong design sense with attention to detail
• Ability to consistently deliver high-quality products and results
• Ability to effectively incorporate constructive feedback about communication, technical contributions, and every other part of the job
• Ability to provide constructive feedback to coworkers in a respectful and understanding manner
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Fluent in written and verbal English
