Senior Full Stack Engineer (BE heavy) - Developer 1

• Lead design sessions and team discussions to influence engineering practices
• Collaborate with engineers as well as business partners to deliver valuable solutions to the customers
• Write well-designed, maintainable, and testable code
• Build high-quality software applications
• Identify gaps in requirements and propose effective solutions immediately
• Take ownership of your tasks and resolve defects as they arise
• Regularly update all the systems/modules/frameworks and support your team to achieve desired results

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor s/Master s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
• At least 3-5+ years of relevant experience as a full-stack engineer
• Experience working with SQL, AWS, JavaScript (React/Redux), Ruby, Ruby on Rails (or any other MVC framework), and Git
• A strong background in CS or Computer Information Systems would be preferred
• Track record of building and maintaining public-facing web applications at scale
• Experience in deploying web applications in the AWS environment
• Passionate about dynamic AWS/serverless platforms, web languages, and related frameworks & technologies
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
