Job Description
- Oversee the company s website, dealer app, and internal tools
- Build scalable and flexible online experiences that will power the platform's future
- Plan new features and upgrades with back-end developers, designers, and product teams
- Perform code reviews and give constructive feedback
- Mentor, guide, and help other engineers
- Provide accurate project complexity and delivery time estimates
- Collaborate with engineering teams to complete projects
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor s/Master s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- At least 5+ years of relevant experience as a software engineer
- Extensive experience developing modern interactive web experiences with React, HTML5, and CSS3
- Prior experience with state management libraries like Redux and Mobx
- Experience defining API interfaces in JSON or GRPC
- Working experience with version control through GitHub
- Comfortable working in a design-centric environment informed by user experience research and a/b testing
