Rust Developer

• Build a scalable, secure, and deterministic application runtime
• Tackle challenging technical and scalability problems in Web3
• Figure out new algorithmic and data-driven ways to identify great users
• Take ownership of the installation, upgrade, and monitoring of the software across adversarial networks
• Build the monitoring, alarming, and tooling required to keep the system healthy
• Help develop the foundation of an engineering team that can push the boundaries of decentralized technology
• Structure the code in a clear, organized way that can be built upon by much larger teams

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor s/Master s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
• At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a software developer
• Demonstrable experience working with Rust and WebAssembly
• Experience deploying and operating systems that run continuously
• Prior experience building systems that software developers and end-users love
• Nice to have some experience working with decentralized, crypto, and Web3 technology
