Senior Mobile Flutter Developer

• Drive mobile development efforts on both iOS and Android platforms, including app architecture, design, and development
• Create user experiences by building easy to comprehend, performant, and reliable interfaces, using modern cross-platform technologies like Flutter
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create mobile experiences
• Continuously improve app performance, maintainability, and scalability and make technical trade-offs wherever necessary
• Integrate web2 and web3 technologies in ways that accomplish mission-critical, user-focused goals
• Help shape company s technical roadmap as the company scales forward
• Mentor junior engineers on design techniques and coding best practices

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor s/Master s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
• At least 5+ years of relevant experience as a mobile development engineer
• Extensive experience in Java/Kotlin/Obj-C/Swift/React Native
• Familiarity with Flutter is required
• Solid understanding of software engineering best practices such as unit testing, code reviews, design, and documentation
• Ability to keep pace with current trends in front-end architecture, including performance, security, and usability
• Solid understanding of OO programming, data structures, and algorithms
• At least 2+ years of experience in Flutter
• Working knowledge of Flutter widgets, animations, state management, rendering engine, event system, and performance optimization is nice to have
• Problem-solving and critical thinking ability
• Demonstrable experience developing blockchain/ web3 related mobile applications
• Working knowledge of specific web3 technologies, e.g., wallets, NFTs, and communities
• Solid design-related experience & sensibilities
• Prior experience with design-related tools (e.g., Figma)
• Experience with 3D technologies (e.g., Unity, three.js)
• Prior experience working with startups
• Prolific experience delivering consumer-facing products from definition to delivery
• Fluent in verbal and written English
