Software Engineer

• Help in conducting penetration tests and vulnerability assessments
• Take part in incident reaction efforts and aid in creating mitigation measures
• Analyze network traffic and keep an eye out for any unusual or prospective threats
• Work with cross-functional teams to address security concerns and put best practices into action
• Investigate new dangers, trends, and technology in cybersecurity
• As required, assist the group with general administrative chores

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor s/Master s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
• At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a software engineer
• Prolific experience working in a Cybersecurity role
• Strong comprehension of the fundamental concepts and procedures of cybersecurity
• Familiarity with firewalls, security technology, and network protocols
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work both individually and collaboratively
• Solid understanding of different operating systems, such as Windows, Linux, and macOS
• Nice to have some knowledge of programming languages like Python
• Prior experience working with cybersecurity technologies like Metasploit or Wireshark is desirable
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
