Front-End Developer

• Design, develop, and improve features to enhance website performance
• Analyze website data to understand user demand and translate them into working solutions
• Collaborate with other engineers and back-end team to create a cohesive website experience
• Take part in review activities and share constructive feedback
• Brainstorm new ideas and suggest improvements to streamline engineering efforts
• Stay in touch with technological advancements and new developments in the field

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor s/Master s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
• At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a Front-End Developer
• Proficiency in and experience working with Semantic HTML, BEM CSS methodologies, and JavaScript
• Experience turning mockups into well-thought and polished websites components
• Strong knowledge of Accessibility best practices, responsive web development, and progressive enhancement
• Understanding of breakpoints, transitions, and other design elements to finalize and elevate projects
• Previous experience working with static site generators; expertise with Eleventy would be a plus
• Excellent English communication skills
