Data Scientist

• Inform clients and stakeholders of results and recommendations in a clear manner using data-driven insights
• Ensure the consistency, standards, and quality control of deliverables
• Manage time across numerous reports and projects, making sure that clients receive them on schedule while preserving accuracy
• Recognize the needs of the client's business and do end-to-end scoping for the project's deliverables

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor s/Master s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
• At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a data scientist
• Demonstrable experience working with Data Science, AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes deployment
• Prolific experience working with production-level software development in Python
• Prior experience (more on the sell side than the buy side) in building and deploying quantitative trading algorithms
• In-depth knowledge of operations research and optimization
• Thorough understanding of reinforcement learning
• Extensive knowledge in Git, CI/CD, and professional software development in general
• Prolific experience with training, testing, and deployment of models using extensive data science and machine learning
• Extensive background in traditional finance and trade
• Nice to have a thorough understanding of swaps, futures, options, and basic contractual duties related to financial instruments
• Some understanding of Java, C++, and Go/Golang is desirable
• Proficient time series analysis and forecasting skills
• Prior experience working with big amounts of data in a cloud environment
• Must be a productive team person who can solve and solve complex issues
• Strong knowledge of power markets
• Fluent in spoken and written English communication
