Senior Full-Stack Developer

• Document the codebase and engage in knowledge sharing with the rest of the team
• Guarantee top quality code; practice code reviews, unit tests, integration tests, end-to-end tests in a continuous integration environment
• Participate in architecture discussions, influence the roadmap, and take ownership and responsibility over new projects
• Work with a variety of teams to integrate front-end components with back-end databases and applications
• Enhance the overall application performance by adding new features

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor s/Master s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
• At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a full-stack developer
• Demonstrable experience working with Ruby on Rails, PHP, and AWS (RDS and Redis)
• Some knowledge of CSS, NGINX, HTML, and JavaScript is desirable
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with other team members
• Ability to function without hand-holding and micromanagement
• A demonstrated track record of taking initiative and acting as a leader
