Head of Data

• Understand and follow standardized software engineering processes
• Possess an in-depth understanding of your product area, and systems
• Ensure completed projects meet and exceed campaign goals
• Guide fellow team members on the best practices to be followed and mentor junior engineers

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor s/Master s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
• Must have prior experience setting up data engineering and infrastructure pipeline
• Knowledge of the type of tools and techniques that can be used for increased efficiency
• Skilled at tackling complex problems and solving them methodically in an analytical manner
• Must have prior experience working with a professional team of various skill levels
• Excellent communication skills and a team player
