Senior Front-End Engineer

• Complex workflows should be designed and built
• Recognize the user persona and provide a smooth experience
• From concept to solution design, implementation, optimization, and support provide technical competence at every stage of the project lifecycle
• Interact with stakeholders and architects to develop technological specs for one or more project modules based on business requirements
• Prepare the technical design of the module's components (at least one client/web presentation tier, server tier, data access and data model, integration component, and package function customization)
• Ability to articulate to clients the benefits and drawbacks of using one technology stack, component, or design style over another
• Come up with the best architecture in collaboration with the project team
• Drive a module's performance optimization, re-design, and refactoring
• Contribute to the design and implementation of the build and release process, as well as the application's system configuration and deployment characteristics
• Mentor the team in terms of technological principles and best practices for design, implementation, and other procedures

Job Requirements:

• At least 3-5+ years of relevant experience as a front-end engineer
• Experience in JavaScript (ReactJS / Redux) React Native, HTML, CSS, jQuery, HTTP
• Knowledge of XML, JSON, DOM, and w3c standards
• Understanding of the basic Rest Principles
• Familiarity with project management tools like JIRA
• Experience in working with Git
• Knowledge of performance and optimization techniques
• Prior experience working in a fast-paced start-up environment is nice to have
• Have a strong sense of belonging
• Proficiency in English
