Job Requirements:
- Bachelor s/Master s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- At least 8-12+ years of relevant experience as a software engineer
- Extensive experience in Ruby, Java, and Python/Django
- Solid understanding of tech stack designed to solve problems
- Ability to understand stack and use that to solve business domain
- Proven track record of leadership from a technical point of view
- Fluent in verbal and written English
