Senior Infrastructure Engineer

• Collaborate with senior developers to ensure high performance and maintainability across the stack (infra layer to application layer)
• Plan, design, build, deploy and operate new infrastructure
• Build the next generation back-end to support the platform over the next decade
• Utilize measured data to justify insights and improve the services and developer experience
• Build for availability, resiliency, and sustainability
• Work independently on projects with minimal supervision and direction

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor s/Master s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
• At least 4+ years of relevant experience in an Infrastructure, DevOps, Site Reliability, or another infrastructure-focused engineering role
• Prior expertise in creating infrastructure from scratch for distributed microservice apps
• Strong knowledge in defining, designing, and/or implementing system health, performance monitoring, and software management solutions for 24x7 environments
• Prior experience working with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, etc.
• Nice to have some game development or industry-adjacent experience
• Experience building automation tools with Unreal Engine is desirable
• Experience working at small startups is nice to have
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
