Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Create, set up, and manage several Kubernetes clusters in cloud settings, concentrating on Azure and/or AWS
- To automate Kubernetes infrastructure provisioning and administration, use Terraform for infrastructure as code (IaC)
- Work together with cross-functional teams to establish and put into effect best practices for networking, performance optimization, and Kubernetes orchestration
- To support Kubernetes-based applications, implement and manage cloud services and integrations, especially in Azure and/or AWS
- Keep up with the most recent developments in cloud computing and Kubernetes technology
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor s/Master s degree in Engineering, I.T., Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a Cloud Kubernetes Infrastructure Engineer
- Substantial background in cloud-based Kubernetes cluster design, implementation, and administration, especially with Azure and some AWS.
- Strong familiarity with automating infrastructure with Terraform
- Thorough understanding of networking, performance optimization, and Kubernetes orchestration
- Practical knowledge of cloud computing platforms, particularly Azure and some AWS.
- Nice to have a Kubernetes certification (such as the Certified Kubernetes Administrator, or CKA)
- In-depth knowledge of several container orchestration platforms is desirable
- Prior experience with container runtime environments such as Docker is preferred
- Extensive knowledge of automation technologies and CI/CD pipelines is nice to have
- Outstanding troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities
- Fluent in conversational and written English communication
