Salesforce Developer

• Establish performance objectives, carry out frequent performance reviews, and mentor team members
• Provide technical support to the support staff, helping with complicated technical problems and escalations
• Keep abreast of the most recent Salesforce features and products to effectively lead the team
• Supervise the handling of intricate technological problems, guaranteeing prompt and efficient resolutions

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor s/Master s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
• At least 4+ years of relevant experience as a Salesforce Developer
• 3-5+ years of experience working with SFDC, HTML/CSS, and Salesforce Lightning
• Solid understanding of SFCC B2C Commerce, jQuery, and Bootstrap
• 3+ years of CSS3, HTML5, and Lightning Web experience
• Proven expertise in code repositories, release management, and continuous integration
• Vast expertise in integrating payment, OMS, CRM, CMS, and WMS systems through APIs and third-party system interfaces (SOAP/REST)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written
