Information Technology Manager _ Immediate Joiners

Role & responsibilities

1. IT Strategy Development

- Develop and implement the IT strategy aligned with the company's business goals

- Identify emerging technologies and trends relevant to the industry

2. Infrastructure Management

- Oversee the maintenance and enhancement of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and hardware systems

- Ensure high availability and reliability of all IT systems, minimizing downtime

3. Software Solutions

- Manage the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of software applications

- Collaborate with software vendors to ensure optimal performance and support

4. Hardware Troubleshooting

- Lead efforts to troubleshoot and resolve hardware-related issues, including outsourced servers, workstations, and networking equipment

- Oversee the procurement and lifecycle management of hardware assets

5. User Support and Training

- Provide technical support to staff, addressing software and hardware issues efficiently

- Develop training materials and conduct training sessions to enhance staff IT skills

6. Security Management

- Implement and maintain IT security policies and procedures to protect sensitive data and systems

- Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments

7. Cost and Budget Management

- Prepare and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources

- Evaluate and recommend technology investments to optimize operations

8. Stakeholders Management

- Work closely with other departments to understand their IT needs and provide effective solutions.

- Liaise with external service providers and vendors to ensure quality support and service delivery.

Preferred candidate profile

Bsc/Msc in Computer Science with minimum 7 years of core experience in IT
