TulipLab - Associate General Manager - Finance & Taxation - Big4/Family Offices - CA (8-16 yrs)

General Functional role (60%)

Taxation (direct and indirect both are mandatory)-

- Handling Taxation of Promoters & associated Companies.

- Departmental Visits w.r.t any of the matters pertaining to Taxation.

- Income tax and advance tax planning for all entities

- Advance tax planning at the family offices is mandatory aspect

- GST Registration, timely filing of GST Returns & GST Assessments.

- TDS Returns, TDS Assessments, Lower Deduction Certificates etc.

- Handled Tax Audits, Filing various Income tax forms & other statutory

- ROC Compliances & other MCA related activities

- Formation/Conversion/Dissolution of Companies

- Shifting of Registered office (One State to Another)

- Coordinating with the consultants

Restructuring-

- Experienced on Restructuring & Amalgamation of Companies

- Incorporation of Companies (including subsidiary of foreign companies)

- ROC Annual Filing and maintaining of statutory registers, Minutes Book etc.

- General Accounting Operations

Merger and Acquisitions

Other role (40%)

- Evaluate investment opportunities in line with the group's strategic initiatives

- Track allocations, market valuations, and fund/asset performance

- Periodically review investment agreements, fees, and commercial terms.

- Conduct review meetings with fund managers and invested company executives/banks

- Incorporate tax and regulatory concerns into investment analysis, develop financial models and investment theses, and execute trades and investments efficiently through back-office and brokers

Qualifications

- Qualified CA with minimum 8 years of core experience with Big 4/6/ Start ups/ VC/ P.E.

- Family office experience will be an added advantage

- Visionary with an entrepreneur mindset towards a growth

- Must be good at numbers and business understanding
