- Responsibilities - Corporate taxation function that requires managing direct and indirect tax compliance of the Company and all its group companies including tax planning, periodical statutory compliances including filing of TDS returns, GST Returns, handling assessments that include preparation/submission of details in connection with the assessments, preparation and submission of appeal to Appellate Authorities and handling tax litigation Co-ordinate with the tax consultants on issues relating to assessments as and when required.

- Handling transfer pricing requirements of the Company including preparation of the transfer pricing study reports including co-ordination with the auditors for transfer pricing reports. Handling tax audit of the company including co-ordination with the auditors for the tax audit reports.

- Personal Tax computation of employees of the company and guide the employees on the provisions affecting their personal taxes

- Demonstrate strong knowledge of the Companies Act and compliance requirements for listed companies. Coordinate with internal and external auditors to facilitate smooth audit processes and ensure adherence to standards.

- Prepare monthly consolidated financial statements in line with regulatory and organizational requirements

- Analyze expense heads to identify and address deviations during the month-end closing process. Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure the timely and accurate completion of entries required for month-end closing activities. IT Skills Should possess strong skills of working in ERP accounting system with proficiency in MS Office-Excel, Word etc.
