Job Description
- Achieve targeted Export Sales Volume & Contribution through well defined and structured Sales Operations with dedicated Sales Representatives & Distributors, closely working with in-house Team of NPD and Production to deliver quality products on time to the Customers : 24-25 Total 575 Crs.
- Design, develop the new business in new markets, identify new customers, focus on new products by providing the competitive offers for new enquiries, to maintain the sales volume & contribution thereby 2 generating cash flow to the organization. And interact with in-house NPD (Team with respect to new enquiries on new products and feasibility of production so as to build a Solid Customer Base : YOY 25% Growth.
- Identify potential customers from international market, plan and complete PPAP process with customer approval and commercialize business with respective international customers as per mutually agreed timeline. And resolve custon1er issues on time through regular interactions with PPC, Production, Quality, MET & NPD functions to initiate required process improvements in order to achieve Customer Delight.
- Manage Customers during interaction process by providing right technical inputs on the products like Costing Factor, Raw Materials, Product Specifications, Manufacturing Process Involved, Product Quality, Lead Time, Dispatch Plan.
- Document and achieve Zero Non-Conformance for exports marketing in LATF Audit and participate in CFT to solve chronic quality/Supply issues
