Job Description: Sales Manager - Visa and Ticketing Services
Work Location: Bangalore
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies targeting retail (B2C) customers, including tourists, students, and business travelers.
- Promote bundled services such as visa assistance, air ticket bookings, and travel insurance.
- Monitor market trends and identify new growth opportunities.
- Leverage local marketing opportunities through partnerships, travel fairs, and social media campaigns.
- Generate leads via direct inquiries, referrals, and online platforms, converting them into sales by providing personalized travel solutions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and support.
- Stay updated on visa requirements, documentation, airline policies, and travel restrictions.
- Manage domestic and international ticketing while ensuring competitive pricing.
- Train and lead a team of sales executives to achieve customer satisfaction and sales targets.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Travel & Tourism, or related fields (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in visa and ticketing sales, with a focus on retail/B2C.
- Expertise in visa applications for destinations like the USA, Canada, Australia, and Schengen countries.
- Proficiency in GDS platforms (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo) is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and digital platforms for lead generation.
- Strong skills in upselling, cross-selling, and lead management.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and regional languages.
- Highly organized, results-driven, and a proactive problem solver.
