Executive / Senior Executive Production

Role & responsibilities

• Must Know Forging Operation and Coining Operations.
• Having Hands on experience on SACMI Presses (Italy Make)Depth knowledge of Embedding Process, Impact Bonding Process, Forming Process, Beading Process and able to resolve small issues related to Machine and Process.
• Achieving production plan vs actual.
• Knowledge of TAKT Time, Cycle Time and Line Balancing.
• Must know 7QC tools and Problem-Solving Techniques
• Conduct the process audits and take countermeasures for gaps along with QC.
• Having experience of Cost Down activities.
• Must know inventory management and techniques
• Improvement in output by doing Kaizen and cycle time reduction.
• Ensure quality output from the line.
• Coordinate with project team for new models to achieve RRFT.
• Every day RED bin analysis for rejection and countermeasure.
• Multi Skilling of Associates.
• Preparing SOP, Daily Check Sheet and WI.
• Ensuring 5S and Safety on shop floor.
• Experience of working on SAP and MS Office
• Having Leadership and excellent communication skills.
• Having working experience with union work man.
