We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Security Solutions Engineer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT and security solutions, excellent technical and communication skills, and a passion for IT and security solutions.
This role involves pre-sales consultation, solution design, technical implementation, and extensive travel to meet prospects and customers.
Role Description :
This is a full-time on-site role for a Solutions Lead- IT & Security located in Bengaluru.
Key Responsibilities :
- Work closely with sales teams to provide technical expertise during the pre-sales process.
- Identify and assess client security needs and propose appropriate solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-concept (PoC) sessions.
- Design and implement IT and security solutions
- Assist in RFP/RFI responses by providing technical input and solution details.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring seamless project execution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized security solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging cybersecurity technologies.
- Travel to client locations for consultations, implementations, and technical discussions.
Qualifications :
- 4-5 years of proven experience in Pre-Sales/Implementation (preferably in IT & Cyber Security services).
- Strong understanding of IT and security concepts.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and technical presentation skills.
- Ability to design and implement security solutions tailored to client needs.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of managing multiple engagements.
- Willingness to travel frequently as part of the job.
