Inside Sales Representative

• Generate leads and acquire Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).
  
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and provide technical and analytical solutionsthat meet their needs.
  
• Develop and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of Tsaaro\u2019s services to prospective clients.
  
• Prepare detailed proposals, including cost estimates, project timelines, financial models, and technicalspecifications.
  
• Manage the sales database and bring customers to calls.
  
• Support the sales team in responding to RFPs, RFIs, and other client inquiries with a focus on financial andtechnical accuracy.
  
• Maintain a deep understanding of Tsaaro\u2019s services, and industry trends, particularly in fintech and analytics.
  
• Provide feedback to the consulting team on client requirements and potential improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  
• Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other CRM software.
