Job Description

  • Recruit, onboard, train, and manage a high-performing team of sales
  • individuals.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and feedback to team members
  • to enhance their sales skills and performance.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages
  • teamwork, creativity, and continuous improvement.
  • Sales Management:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and
  • quarterly sales targets.
  • Monitor sales activities, pipelines, and performance metrics to identify
  • areas for improvement and drive results.
  • Lead by example by actively engaging in sales activities and
  • maintaining a personal sales quota.
Collaboration:

  • Collaborate closely with design leaders and designers to ensure
  • alignment between sales efforts and design capabilities.
  • Coordinate with other departments, such as marketing and customer
  • support, to optimise the client experience and drive customer
  • satisfaction.
  • Sales Planning:
  • Develop comprehensive sales plans and forecasts in alignment with
  • company objectives.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Client Experience:
  • Ensure a consistently high level of customer satisfaction by providing
  • exceptional service and support throughout the sales process.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations in a timely and
  • professional manner.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
  • (preferred).
  • Proven track record of success in sales management, with at least 5 years of
  • experience in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in the design industry or related field is a plus.
  • Proficiency in sales management software and CRM systems.
