UX/UI Developer - Servicenow Platform (6-10 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

User Research : Conduct user research to understand the needs, preferences, and behaviors of our target audience.

Design Development : Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for ServiceNow portals, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.

Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders, to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business objectives.

Usability Testing : Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather feedback and iterate on designs.

UI Standards : Develop and maintain UI design standards and guidelines to ensure consistency across all ServiceNow portals.

Continuous Improvement : Stay updated with the latest UX/UI trends, techniques, and technologies to continuously enhance the user experience.

Qualifications

Education : Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience : Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in UX/UI design, with a focus on portal development, preferably within the ServiceNow platform.

Skills :

- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.

- Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and information architecture.

- Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
