Your day-to-day:
Own publishing of real-time organic social content with a heavy focus on community engagement content
Work closely with publisher to maintain posting cadence across social platforms
Assist manager in refining social media platform strategy
Work collaboratively across departments such as programming, marketing, and production
Create native social graphic elements for regular content (i.e. weekly Instagram stories + elevated reels, Facebook images)
Come up with new ways to innovate and capitalize on learnings gathered from performance to increase performance of social content
Incorporate manager s feedback as appropriate
Scripting for single clip formats
Contribute to creative brainstorms for various new initiatives
You have:
In-depth knowledge of social media platform best practices
Great communication skills and know when to ask for help when necessary
A clear understanding of social media trends and are always on top of them
You have meticulous attention to detail and overall product quality
Strong collaborative skills
Able to write on-brand copy that engages community
