Location: Our office is in Gurgaon, India. This role will be a hybrid position, with the expectation of at least two (2) days per week in the office.
About the role: Trusted Media Brands is seeking an experienced Associate Producer for our Video Programming, Socials team, focusing on creating short-form and long-form content (original & UGC) for the brand Reader s Digest. This role involves crafting and publishing engaging video content across various platforms including Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Snapchat, Pinterest, and TikTok. Some flexibility for early morning or late evening calls with our US counterparts is required. You are obsessed with your craft, staying abreast of video and digital entertainment trends and applying your skills to the creation of dynamic, engaging social and OTT video experiences. Your day-to-day: (aka Responsibilities)
Support the Brand Producer and Creative team (US) in the creation of UGC & original content for Reader s Digest
Conceive, write, and copy edit video across all social platforms
Assist / oversee editorial process in India, to ensure effective creative guidance and management of post-production process
Support Social Channels with Original, Affiliate, Trending content that can be posted on all socials
Developing original content ideas & IPs, that align with our brand voice and vision
Providing creative feedback on execution of original content and working with the US Creative team to curate and execute content
Being responsible for performing QC and overall optimization before the content is published
Being responsive to the Audience Development teams stats after content goes live to make tweaks as well as working on thumbnail selections
Work closely with the Executive Producer; Content Director, Brand Managers, Producers, and development team, across India & US offices, to ideate and create new formats of original content
You have: (aka Qualifications)
3+ Years as an Associate Producer
Mastery of the English language and a familiarity of English used in U.S. social media
Strong writing skills in social media and short form formats
Experience with editorial and content curation
Deep understanding of digital /social video trends, analytics and publishing standards.
Strong communication skills
Ability to work with efficiently in a team, in a fast-paced environment
Adaptability to automation & AI tools
Highly organized and detail oriented
Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro is a plus
