Sales Operations Analyst

Job Description:

- We are seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to join our team in Bangalore, Kolkata, or Noida.

- This role will be responsible for supporting the sales team through the use of data analytics, process optimization, and sales performance tracking.

- The successful candidate will work closely with sales leadership to drive operational efficiencies, develop reporting insights, and ensure the smooth functioning of sales operations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the sales team to streamline sales operations and improve processes.

- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track sales performance using tools like Power BI, Tableau, and Excel.

- Manage sales data and analyze key metrics to provide actionable insights for sales leadership.

- Create and automate Excel macros to improve reporting processes.

- Work with Salesforce (SFDC), Outreach, Gainsight, and other tools to manage sales workflows and ensure data accuracy.

- Provide support in building and maintaining PowerPoint presentations for sales reviews.

- Assist in creating and managing sales forecasts and sales quotas.

- Support senior analysts and contribute to more complex operational and analytical projects.

Skills and Qualifications:

- 4-8 years of experience in sales operations (for Analyst role) and 8-12 years (for Senior Analyst role).

- Strong proficiency in Excel, including experience with macros, and advanced reporting tools like Power BI and Tableau.

- Experience with Salesforce (SFDC), Outreach, Gainsight, and SQL.

- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.

- Ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team.

- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
