Regional Head - Sales
Job Description
- Relevant experience in System Integration of OEM Products, Infrastructure Services, and Cyber Security.
Core Competencies:
- Relationship management skills with all levels of business.
- Prospecting, lead generation, negotiation, and collaboration.
- Skilled in IT system integration & Cyber Security product sales.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven approach.
- Experience in selling Data Center and Cyber Security related products to BFSI, Enterprise (ITeS & Manufacturing), PSU, and Govt sectors.
Technical Competencies - Data Center:
- Experience with products like Servers, Storage, Backup, HA Solutions, Networking Devices from OEMs like Dell/EMC, IBM, VMware, Nutanix, Red Hat, PaloAlto, Checkpoint, Fortinet.
Technical Competencies - Cyber Security:
- Experience with EDR/MDR, Next Gen Firewall, WAF, DLP, SASE, SOC, SIEM/SOAR/UBEA, Proxy, VA PT services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed Sales & Service targets in the AOP (Annual Operating Plan).
- Maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and OEMs.
- Provide sales forecasts and opportunity pipeline updates.
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure customer support and generate additional service revenue.
- Develop short-term and long-term sales initiatives.
Requirements:
- All experience should be relevant to the location and System Integration company background.
Qualification:
- Engineering Graduate preferred, with MBA.
