Job Description
- Lead the design strategy for key product areas, ensuring a user-centered approach while aligning with business objectives.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and leadership to define requirements, identify pain points, and craft intuitive solutions.
- Own the end-to-end design process, from research and ideation to prototyping, testing and final implementation.
- Develop, refine, and scale design systems to ensure a cohesive experience across platforms.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data-driven iterations to continuously improve product experiences.
- Advocate for design excellence and foster a collaborative environment, and driving innovation in design execution.
Key Responsibilities
- 4+ years of experience in Product Design, preferably in a fast-growing startup or a dynamic product environment.
- strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in interaction design, UX research, and design system development.
- Ability to translate complex business problems into elegant, user-centric solutions.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
