Job Overview
We as an organization believe design can potentially become a key differentiator
for the service we offer. Design for us means bringing in principles of customer
centricity, empathy, prototyping quickly, co-creating solutions with our
stakeholders, and helping them with last mile adoption by educating and
empowers users through posters, videos, and user guides.
Job Responsibilities
Investigating user experience design requirements for our delivery
engagements through user interviews and workshops and enabling delivery
teams to gather user requirements and preferences better.
Interacting with clients we work with and through competitor analyses to
define design problem statements to solve for - in terms of solution to be
built, change management or way of engagement.
Leading, guide and mentor a team of design analysts and associates whose
responsibilities include understanding stakeholders, users through empathy
maps, user personas and through this building solutions which caters to all
users and driving adoption.
Applying design thinking principles to solve problems for fortune500
organizations.
Providing advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research
methodologies and testing activities to analyse and predict user behaviour.
Enabling quick iterations of product build through wireframes and getting
quick feedback from internal and external stakeholders and co-creating
solutions
Producing high quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and
graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes
Designing and testing UI elements and tools such as navigation menus,
search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our digital assets
Designing the consumption plan to drive adoption of solutions build by
creating excitement around it using posters, videos, and other marketing
collaterals. Ensuring users are educated about the solutions building by
running workshops, creating user guides etc.
Collaborating with delivery teams to ensure the creation and delivery of
tailored experiences for the customer/user.
Adhering to style standards on typography and graphic design
Preferred Qualifications
A Bachelors degree and a minimum of 4 to 6 years UI/UX design experience for digital products or services
A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms
Working knowledge of the following technologies and software: Sketch, InVision, Visio, HTML, CSS (SCSS), iOS, Android, Design Systems and Adobe Creative Suite
A team player but can work independently too
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
