Job Description

15+years of relevant experience in product management in Ads domain.
7+ years of experience in product people management.
Has a good understanding of Ad operations, Ad sales and Ads Product.
Expert in digital advertising business managing products on SSP, DSP and Advertising Inventory.

The impact you will create:

Strategy Development: Develop and communicate the strategy for Truecaller s advertising product BU, that aligns with the companys overall business goals. Identify market opportunities and define the product roadmap to capture these opportunities.
Product Development : Lead the end-to-end development of advertising products, from ideation to launch. Collaborate with engineering, design, and data science teams to create innovative and effective ad products.
Competitive Analysis and Market Development : Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to stay abreast of industry trends, user needs, and emerging technologies in mobile advertising.
Revenue: Drive revenue growth by optimizing existing ad products and identifying new monetization opportunities. Develop and implement strategies to maximize ad revenue while maintaining a high-quality user experience.
People Management: Build and lead a high-performing advertising product team. Provide mentorship, guidance, and career development opportunities for team members.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including other product business units, ad sales, legal, finance etc to ensure alignment and successful product Launches.
Implement and monitor the right KPIs: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of advertising products. Use data-driven insights to continuously improve product performance and user engagement.
Support the reporting sub teams so they succeed in their long-term plans
Be hands-on, deep into the details and the analytics to understand the business to support the various functions
