Job Description

  • We are seeking a dynamic and motivated LatAm Inside Sales Resource to join our team in Mumbai. This role is essential for driving new business opportunities in Latin America for Kiran Radiation Protection Products. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Spanish or possess elementary Spanish skills, enabling effective communication and outreach within the region.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and create new business opportunities in the Latin American market.
  • Generate leads and collaborate with the field team to convert these opportunities, thereby expanding our market reach and strengthening customer relationships.
  • Work closely with various stakeholders to drive sales of Imaging Equipment and Contrast Media portfolios.
  • Conduct customer outreach to develop and maintain key accounts.
  • Manage key accounts, providing support and maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Handle quotes, tenders, and proposals for the region, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
  • Prepare sales reports and presentations for management review.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage the sales funnel and track progress.
  • Analyze customer and region-wise sales trends, providing insights and recommendations for strategic planning.
  • Required Skills:
  • Proficiency in Spanish is ideal; at minimum, elementary Spanish skills are mandatory.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in lead generation and sales, preferably in the medical equipment or healthcare industry.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and trends.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales funnel management.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Attention to detail in managing quotes, tenders, and proposals.
